Job Responsibilities and Requirements

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior BI Developer / Data Engineer to join our team in India. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience with data pipelines, analytics, and cloud-based data platforms.

You will support end-to-end data solutions that enable business insights and collaborate with global stakeholders across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain data pipelines, models, and ETL processes
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, SplashBI, and Oracle tools
• Analyze datasets to generate actionable business insights
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve data issues
• Support BI platform performance, monitoring, and basic administration

Required Skills & Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in BI, data engineering, or similar role
• Strong SQL / PL-SQL and relational database knowledge
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL, and analytics concepts
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to Oracle Cloud data platforms or similar tools
• Experience with visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent)
• Familiarity with big data technologies or NoSQL databases
• Basic programming knowledge (Python, Java, or similar)
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS is a plus
