Deputy Manager - Dealer - Fixed Income

Position: Deputy Manager - Fixed Income Location: Mumbai Position Purpose: The role will be entirely responsible for portfolio management and trade recommendations for the various fixed income mandates. The mandates include investing in money market assets, corporate debt securities, government securities and cash deployment in a detailed and time bound manner. Cash Flow management for said offerings and mandates. Principal Accountabilities: Understand the key Fund Mandate requirements and advise, recommend, execute and update trades in an efficient manner. Maintain and build upon a comprehensive reservoir of market information covering all the security types. Work closely with Credit research team, prepare commentaries for respective mandates, prepare presentations for mandates as required, participate in client centric discussion / meetings Maintain the required MIS and update the team about all market information including market trades and any key market moving information from the secondary and primary markets. Generate trade ideas based on individual fund requirements. Summarize trade activities of the for all domestic and off-shore clients as and when required. Knowledge, Skills & Expertise · The candidate must have an in - depth knowledge and understanding of dealing in G - secs, Corporate Bonds, CPs, CDs & other fixed Income Instruments. · The candidate is high on ethics, business discipline and regulatory compliance. · Has acumen in deal execution and follows the fixed income market closely.
