Deputy Manager - Products

POSITION: Deputy Manager - Products Position Purpose: To support marketing and product teams in the daily activities. This is a junior level position and will work under the supervision of managers. The candidate should be open to learn new things and grow on the job. Principal Accountabilities: · Assisting the marketing & product team to complete daily tasks · Proof reading of marketing and product collaterals · Supervision of production of marketing collaterals. · Generation of daily reports using software tools · DTP support – as and when need arises the candidate will have to provide DTP support. Candidate can be trained. · Vendor management / billings / inventory management of marketing collaterals etc. · Co-ordination with other departments including branches, admin etc. · Logistic support – The candidate will have to co-ordinate with branches, ascertain their requirements for marketing collateral and arrange for dispatches – maintain reports / stock level reports · Events support on ground. Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Certifications: · Graduate or more · Comprehensive knowledge of computers / MS Office (mainly excel) proficiency · Effective communication skills – should know basic English · Must be organized, patient and attentive to detail Preferred Industry Experience: · Financial Services / Marketing / Marketing agencies · 1-3 years
