Manager - Compliance

POSITION: Manager Business Unit: Compliance Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Position Purpose: T o support the compliance function in ensuring that AMC and mutual fund schemes operate in accordance with SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 202 6 , circulars, AMFI guidelines, and internal policies. The role focuses on regulatory monitoring, reporting, documentation, and day-to-day compliance activities. Principal Accountabilities: Support in implementation of Personal Trading Policy / PIT Regulations, support in handling / monitoring compliance matters under MF Regulations, i.e. new product filing, product launches, approval of marketing material, regulatory / board reporting, AML framework, tracking regulatory changes, audits / inspection etc. Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Certifications: CA, CS or MBA or law graduate. Graduates or CA inter with higher relevant industry experience may also apply. Basic knowledge of MF industry and regulatory framework, Competencies: E xecution skills, proficiency in MS Excel and MS office tools, familiarity with compliance systems / tools, documentation and report preparation skills. High level of integrity, strong sense of ownership and accountability, effective communication and co-ordination skills, team player, eagerness to learn Preferred Industry Experience: AMC / MF, portfolio managers or broking house.
