Designation: Manager - Digital Tech member Role type: Individual Contributor Department: Digital Reporting to: AVP- Digital Tech Lead Location: Mumbai HO Your Role (summary): Team Member Digital Technology Digital Asset Management & Product Execution • Lead the development, management, and continuous enhancement of digital assets including Websites, Mobile Apps, APIs, and platforms. • Drive end-to-end product execution from concept to deployment and ongoing optimization. • Build and refine customer-centric user journeys to deliver best-in-class digital experiences. • Leverage analytics, customer insights to continuously improve product features, user journeys, and conversion metrics • Work closely with Stakeholders to prioritize features, manage backlogs, and ensure smooth product releases. Technology Stack & Integrations • Own the digital technology stack across web, mobile, APIs, middleware, and backend systems. • Manage and govern integrations with internal and external systems (KRAs, KYC agencies, Payment Gateways, CRM/LMS, API providers, etc). • Ensure Cost Optimized scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture.
