Role: Digital Aquisition Executive

Location: Work from Home

What you will do:

• Assist and guide clients in opening Demat & Trading accounts
• Explain account opening process, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Support clients throughout the onboarding journey until activation
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications
• Maintain CRM hygiene and update lead status regularly
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal compliance guidelines

Who you are:

• Graduate (MBA/Finance preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in tele-calling / customer support / onboarding / financial services
• Basic understanding of Demat accounts
• Strong communication skills (English + Hindi mandatory)
• Attention to detail (documentation & compliance)
