Job Description

This is a full-time role for a Graphic Designer at Ionic Wealth. The Graphic Designer will be

responsible for building and communicating our brand's narrative across owned platforms.

This includes:

• Leading the creative design process – from conception through delivery for all our social media marketing initiatives
• Creating engaging and consistent social media content including posts, carousels, Instagram stories, infographics, and other visual assets for platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter)
• Designing client presentations, internal communication materials, and marketing collaterals that align with our brand identity
• Developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all design materials, ensuring that our brand message is effectively communicated to our target audience
• Supporting product feature videos through basic video creation and editing when needed
• Work in a fast-paced startup environment. Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight social media deadlines

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience creating social media content including posts, carousels, Instagram stories, infographics, and other digital marketing materials
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, presentation decks, infographics, and platform-specific content across various social channels
• Ability to create content that drives engagement, follows, and conversions on social media
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Understanding of current design trends and best practices for social media
• Experience working with AI technology for image creation
• Knowledge of wealth management or fintech industry will be useful
