Team Leader – E-commerce (L1 Support)

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience (mandatory).

Salary:

CTC: ₹28,000–₹29,000 per month.

Expected In-hand: Approximately ₹24,000–₹25,000 per month (depending on deductions).

Qualification:

• Graduate or Undergraduate
• Preferred Candidate Profile (Priority Order):
• Candidates who have previously worked with Flipkart (highest preference).
• Candidates with Team Leader experience in e-commerce companies such as Amazon, Paytm, Meesho, Myntra, LimeRoad, etc.
• Other Team Leaders with relevant customer support/team management experience.

Key Skills Required:

• Minimum 1 year of team handling experience.
• Ability to manage attrition, shrinkage, CSAT, and quality metrics.
• Experience conducting one-on-one coaching and performance reviews.
• Knowledge of managing Work From Home (WFH) teams, including login adherence and productivity monitoring.
• Strong people management, coaching, and communication skills.
• Understanding of L1 customer support operations in an e-commerce environment
