Location: Mumbai, BKC – Work from Office. We are looking for Mumbai living candidates only.

Experience: 2–4 Years as Video Editor from advertising / digital media industry
 

Role Overview

We're looking for a content-first Video Editor who understands not just how to edit, but what makes people watch your reel/video. If you can turn raw footage into engaging, scroll-stopping content across platforms, this role is for you.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-impact Reels, Shorts, Interviews, Podcasts & Event videos
• Craft strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling to improve audience retention
• Optimize content for Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn formats
• Add motion graphics, sound design, subtitles & colour correction
• Use AI tools (auto-subtitles, speed edits, enhancements) to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with editors & marketing teams to deliver fast, high-quality output

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in video editing for digital platforms
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Understanding of short-form content, trends, and viral formats
• Good sense of storytelling, pacing & audience engagement
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines

 

Bonus Skills

• Experience with media houses / digital agencies
• Knowledge of AI tools (Captions, Runway, etc.)
• Basic understanding of content performance metrics (watch time, retention)
