About the Role We are looking for a QMS Auditor to manage QMS activities, conduct audits, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or AS9100 standards and a strong focus on quality and operational excellence.
What You'll Deliver: • Deliver audit and compliance activities on time. • Maintain an audit-ready Quality Management System (QMS). • Conduct Internal Audits and support External, Customer, Certification, and Supplier Audits. • Ensure compliance with QMS standards, procedures, and customer requirements. • Drive CAPA closure and non-conformance resolution. • Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions. • Maintain QMS documentation, records, and audit reports. • Support risk management and continual improvement initiatives. • Promote Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma practices. • Ensure effective document control and record management. • Monitor and report quality KPIs and audit metrics. • Deliver work Right First Time and On Time In Full. • Support departments in QMS implementation and improvement. • Review KPI trends and initiate corrective actions. • Participate in training and competency development programs. • Contribute to compliance, operational excellence, and business improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Passion for Quality and Continuous Improvement.
- 2+ years of QMS/Audit experience.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or AS9100.
- Understanding of Audits, CAPA, RCA, and Risk Management.
- Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma.
- Experience with document control and ERP/QMS systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage risks and corrective actions.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Flexible and adaptable to business needs.
- Positive attitude and teamwork.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
- Attention to detail and process focus.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to prepare audit reports and presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
