Key Skills:

• Must have worked in Analyst roles for 2- 4 years in a retail eCommerce organization. Global organization will be a plus.
• Strong expertise on one or more product information management system and retail systems.
• Experience in writing/updating Product copy and respective catalog attributes
• Relevant experience in item setup, product quality audit, catalog audit etc.
• Basic Knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint.
• Experience in handling and mitigating issues, defects in catalog and retail systems.
• Good understanding of eCommerce product page and images issues.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Primary responsibilities include product quality audit (on-page and off-page), mitigating defects in catalog.
• Should be able to understand backend systems and root cause issues.
• Should be able to show consistent reduction in the no. of defects by identifying common issues and share RCA to drive reduction.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with teams globally. Good Analytical, logical-reasoning and Problem- solving skills.
• Should be a fast learner, self-motivated, energetic & hardworking.
• Good in coordination and planning. Should be able to deliver under pressure and meet the deadlines.

Education Qualification:

• Any Bachelor Degree.
