Description
- Lead and supervise the entire camera team during shoots and productions.
- Plan camera setups, angles, lighting coordination, and shot compositions as per project requirements.
- Ensure high-quality video recording for events, interviews, programs, and studio shoots.
- Coordinate with directors, producers, editors, and technical staff for smooth execution of shoots.
- Manage camera equipment, accessories, maintenance, and timely servicing.
- Assign duties and shooting schedules to cameramen and supporting staff.
- Monitor live recordings and ensure proper framing, focus, exposure, and audio coordination.
- Train junior cameramen and provide technical guidance whenever required.
- Ensure all recordings are properly stored, backed up, and submitted to the editing department on time.
- Handle troubleshooting of camera-related technical issues during shoots.
