Job Summary
To lead LCM marketing. To execute & optimise digital platform campaigns.
This role supports lifecycle marketing activities across the Singapore, Canada, and UK markets, with ownership of channels such as Email, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, SMS, and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end execution of Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) campaigns.
  • Email marketing operations and campaign management.
  • Support migration and platform transition activities through November 2026.
  • Execution and optimization of Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign analysis.
  • Support growth and experimentation initiatives across HSI and Wave4 markets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely campaign delivery and reporting.

Skills & Attributes for success

  • Hands-on experience in CRM/Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with customer engagement channels such as Push, In-App, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong execution capabilities.
  • Ability to independently manage day-to-day campaign operations.

Preferred Education & Experience

Any MBA graduate.
3-4 years in marketing
