You will design automated workflows, manage ETL processes, and integrate databases and third-party tools to create scalable data solutions. Working independently, you will take ownership of technical challenges and translate business needs into practical, efficient automations. You will also leverage AI-powered development tools to improve workflows and accelerate problem-solving. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys combining data analysis, automation engineering, and client-facing communication in a dynamic digital environment.

Accountabilities

  • Understand business objectives and operational challenges, then independently design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automation solutions.
  • Analyze data from connected platforms to generate actionable insights and support informed business decisions.
  • Build, manage, and optimize automated workflows using tools such as Zapier, <Make.com>, or similar automation platforms.
  • Configure and maintain connectors and integrations between different business applications, marketing platforms, and data sources.
  • Own the end-to-end Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process, including extracting data, cleaning and standardizing information, and loading it into centralized databases.
  • Use AI-powered tools, including Claude Code, to support development, troubleshoot issues, and improve data automation workflows.
  • Maintain and enhance data infrastructure as data volumes, integration requirements, and business needs evolve.
  • Identify inefficiencies, resolve integration issues, and continuously improve data accuracy, reliability, and workflow performance.
  • Explain automation logic, technical decisions, and problem-solving approaches clearly to non-technical clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure automated systems are well organized, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, <Make.com>, or comparable tools.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining integrations between multiple applications using connectors, APIs, or native integration capabilities.
  • Good working knowledge of ETL processes, including data extraction, cleaning, transformation, standardization, and loading.
  • Demonstrated practical experience using Claude Code to support automation or development tasks.
  • Working knowledge of databases and data platforms such as Supabase, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
  • Basic understanding of marketing data and performance metrics, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage automation projects end-to-end, and take ownership of troubleshooting and implementation.
  • Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical workflows and data processes to non-technical clients.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data quality, system reliability, and continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and use AI-assisted tools to improve productivity.
