Role Overview

We are looking to build a strong digital presence and are hiring a Social Media & Content Manager who can help us create meaningful content and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

·      Manage and execute content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook

·      Post reels, carousels, and graphics as per schedule

·      Monitor engagement, comments, and DMs

2. Content Creation (Video + Graphics)

·      Handle end-to-end video execution: scripting support → shooting → editing → posting

·      Create graphics using Canva (posts, thumbnails, banners)

3. Performance Marketing (Basic)

·      Assist in running Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook)

·      Basic understanding of lead generation campaigns

·      Track campaign performance and suggest improvements

Preferred Qualifications

·      1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media roles

·      Experience in finance/insurance industry (bonus, not mandatory)

·      Creative mindset with execution ability

·      Strong communication and coordination skills

Requirements

Proficiency in Canva (Graphic Design)

·      Experience in Video Editing (Filmora / Premiere Pro / CapCut or similar)

·      Strong understanding of Social Media Platforms

·      Basic knowledge of Performance Marketing (Meta Ads)

·      Good understanding of trends and content formats
