Job Description JSW Steel Coated Products Private Limited Position Name Shift Incharge / Production planning & Control Designation Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Grade L08/L09 Position Details Division Production Planning & Control (PPC) Location Location – Rajpura - Punjab Reports to HOD-PPC No. of positions 1 Current Job Profile: 1. Plan and organize production workflow within the shift, ensuring optimal utilization of resources. 2. Develop and implement production schedules, considering factors like equipment and Raw material availability, 3. Supervise and guide production personnel, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and production targets. 4. Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and material flow, identifying potential issues or bottlenecks. 5. Take corrective actions to address any deviations from planned operations or quality standards. 6. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics. 7. Maintain accurate production records and documentation, as per company standards. 8. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production. 9. Prepare Rolling plan / Galvanize plan / Colour plan / CRCA plan in MES system 10. Follow-up with operation to complete order as per Mkt priority.
