Job Purpose: We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partnering Resource who thrives on the challenges to make sure that HR becomes a strategic partner to business and is able to equip the business to continue on the journey towards hyper growth. Job Responsibilities: - Manage entire gamut of HR activities for the assigned circle (from on boarding to exit) - Responsible for induction and on boarding of new hires - Build strong connects with employee on the ground through weekly store visits, HR connect sessions, one on one -with critical talent, exit interviews etc . Identify and highlight /address people issues - Drive performance management, capability development, employee engagement and recognition programs as per regional people strategy - Address employee queries and grievances as per defined processes/policies - Drive the culture of compliance and ethical workplace thru trainings - Guide business teams in reducing manpower attrition - Own the employee data for the circle, prepare MIS and monthly dashboards to enable decision making - Ensure hiring targets in your circle are met by recruitment team as per TAT; provide hiring support to recruitment team during peak seasons if needed - Continuously challenge and improve existing processes with collaboration from corporate teams
