As a Circle Trainer, you will play a vital role in shaping the training initiatives and overall success of Jubilant FoodWorks Limited's Popeyes brand in Kerala. Your primary focus will be on conducting comprehensive training sessions and on-the-job certifications for both new and existing employees, in collaboration with the HR and In-store training teams. By continuously tracking and improving the store training health through regular audits, you will contribute to the overall excellence and reputation of the organization as an Employer of Choice.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs for Store Operations, covering various topics such as customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and a strong foundation for their long-term development.
• Collaborate with HR and In-store training teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals and ensure a consistent training experience across stores.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development, and incorporate new strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to employees, offering guidance and support for their professional growth.
• Assist in developing and implementing training materials, including manuals, videos, and online resources, to enhance the learning experience.
• Ensure compliance with training regulations and standards, and maintain accurate records of training activities and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training or instructional design role, preferably in the QSR industry.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs that drive business results.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems and training technologies.
• Analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
