As the Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for multiple Dominos outlets, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and achieving business goals. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing costs, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operations of 10 Domino's stores, ensuring smooth daily functions.
• Lead and motivate store teams, providing effective training and performance management.
• Implement and monitor store-level strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Analyze store performance data and identify areas for improvement, implementing necessary changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
• Collaborate with the Operations Support team to address any operational challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the QSR industry.
