| 1. Product Availability & Fulfilment |
| Ensure material availability is delivered consistently across supply chain centres |
| Demand and supply accuracy and improvement |
| Analyse inventory, modify inventory norms basis seasonal variations |
| Build plan for ordering and replenishment |
| Monitor and support daily Fill Rate (target >99.6%) and On-Time Delivery (target >90%) |
| Identify and resolve stockout risks; maintain stockouts <1% at Popeyes Restaurants |
| Track and report product expiries/write-offs, ensuring <0.5% attributed to Supply Chain |
| 2. Logistics & Scalability Strategy |
| Support logistics setup for market extension and new regional expansion |
| Collaborate on cost control initiatives such as logistics cost optimization, Food cost initiative delivery |
| Assist in supply chain planning to regional teams |
| Work closely with SCC distribution team to ensure material connectivity at optimal cost |
| 3.Business Intelligence & Data Management |
| Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards (Fill Rate, S&OP deck, Mancom/Excom decks) |
| Maintain data accuracy across functional/business reports |
| Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely data availability |
| 4.Procurement & New Launch Support |
| Provide execution support for new product launches and Limited Time Offers (LTOs) with end-to-end material connectivity at restaurants and SCC respectively |
| Collaborate with procurement for inhouse manufacturing setups (Chicken, Buns etc) |
| Assist with SKU connectivity and store expansion as per the business calendar |
| Conduct periodic review of vendor performance through structured evaluation process |
| Partner with category team and operation team for purchase planning to meet demand |
| Collaborate with dispatch team for distribution of all ingredients |
| 5.SCM Transformation Initiatives |
| Contribute to MRP research & development and update processes in SAP |
| Support TMS (Transport Management System) implementation and improvements |
| Assist in SCM digitization and process automation projects |
