Responsibilities
End-to-end category planning and management, ensuring efficient stock levels and timely replenishment.
Implement and monitor inventory management strategies to maintain optimal service levels.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage deliveries, and ensure timely supply.
Utilize automation tools and data analytics to optimize distribution processes and reduce costs.
Analyze category performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and category planning.
Prepare and present category planning reports and insights to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all planning activities.
