As a Deputy Manager in our Design team, you will play a crucial role in driving the visual identity and design strategy for Domino's Pizza India. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating an exceptional customer experience through innovative design solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality design outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to align design strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and implement design concepts, ensuring they are in line with brand guidelines and meet customer expectations.
• Create and maintain design templates, style guides, and brand assets for various marketing collaterals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in design, incorporating new ideas and technologies into our design processes.
• Review and provide feedback on design proposals, ensuring they meet the required standards and brand identity.
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct regular design audits and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure efficient collaboration.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar design management role, preferably in the food industry or a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office (Excel, Word) is essential.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of designers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• A portfolio showcasing a strong design aesthetic and a range of successful projects is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in design, with a willingness to stay updated.
• A passion for food and an understanding of the quick-service restaurant industry is an advantage.
