As a Shift Manager/Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Dominos stores. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
• Manage and motivate a team of front-line staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock management.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local promotional activities.
• Conduct regular shift briefings and debriefings to maintain communication and alignment.
• Assist in financial management by monitoring sales, labor costs, and other expenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a QSR shift management or store management role.
• Graduate degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Proven ability to manage and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic knowledge of financial management and budgeting is preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local languages.
