Commercial Real Estate Oper

This is a remote position.

The Investor Operations Manager will be responsible for solving investors' problems on a day-to-day basis and developing good relationships with them over time. A good understanding of the Commercial Real Estate Sector, expertise in Commercial Real Estate software Appofolio are needed to be successful in this role. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our investors, investors day- to- day questions and ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

Essential Job Functions:

• Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and technologies.
• Good understanding of Appofolio is a must
• Onboarding investors into the Investor Portal and managing the portal.
• Creating a delightful experience and strengthening relationships with investors.
• Creating Investor Education Seminars and Managing the end to end process (invitations, materials, checklists, invite followups, etc )
• Resolving investor inquiries and complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping investors updated on the latest deals.
• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with investors.
• Expanding the investor base by helping founders with investor education material preparation
• Understanding key individual investor needs and addressing them.
• Communication with investors and taking yearly investor experience feedbacks
• Writing educational Blogs and thought leadership articles on real estate investments
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
• Experience working on Canva is a plus but not a must.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• 2-6 years of client relationship experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
• Bachelor's degree with 2-6 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing strategies is a plus.

• Salary: Rs 60,000- 80,000 per month (based on experience)
