Description
The AHTU PMU @ Women Safety Wing is being set up in collaboration with the Association for Voluntary Action (AVA). Association for Voluntary Action (AVA) is a child rights movement since in 1979. These positions, while operating out of WSW premises, are fully funded by and on the roles of AVA, with no direct employment relationship with the Women Safety Wing.
The MIS function is critical to get a realistic view of operational quality of SHTU PMU. The MIS function will be responsible for data collection, analytics, preparation of regular and ad hoc reports etc.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel is absolutely a must for this function. Exposure to webforms and Business Analytics Tools will be a great advantage.

| Qualification | Any Graduate with 3 years of experience in MIS function (and not Data Entry) with experience in collection and aggregation of large volume data from multiple stakeholders. |

| Experience | 1. Experience in Report Preparation in Excel 2. Experience in making PPTs using various Charts and Tables |
| Skill Sets | 1. Proficient in MS Excel a. If and Nested IF conditions b. [AND] & [OR] conditions c. Pivot Table & Pivot Chart d. Text to Column e. Advanced Find and Replace f. H-Lookup & V Look Up g. Data Cleaning 2. Web Forms a. Creating online forms for data collection, ex: google forms b. Understanding of various kinds of fields and their usages. c. Live reports generation through Google Sheets etc. 3. MS Word a. Mail Merge Function 4. Office Basics a. Folder Management b. Version Management of important files c. Auto Back Up to cloud etc. d. Advanced search and find of files 5. Preparing periodic statements |
| Languages | Should be fluent in Telugu and Hindi. |
| Work Location | The position will be working out of Women Safety Wing, Lakdi Ka Pul, Hyderabad. There may be occasional inter-city travel within the state for project implementation and monitoring purposes for which commute will be provided as and when the need arises. |
| Compensation | The gross remuneration budget is INR 35 thousand per month. |
| Initial Tenure | The tenure of the engagement is co-terminus with the project. The initial employment will be for 1 year. Annual performance appraisals will determine continuity of service, year on year. |
