Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Panaiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter who is fluent in Telugu and has strong communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various open positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals (Shine, Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
• Conduct telephonic screening and initial interviews
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and tracking sheets
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Ensure a good candidate experience
• Handle bulk hiring if required

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluency in Telugu
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil
• Basic knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers can apply)
• Familiarity with job portals and MS Excel/Google Sheets
