Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Functional Consultant to join our team. The role involves a mix of data research, candidate engagement, client relationship management, and business development activities. The ideal candidate will be someone who is not only fluent in communication but also open-minded, responsible, and eager to grow with the team.

 

Key Responsibilities

·        Data Extraction & Research:

-  Extract and compile relevant data from the internet and social media platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.).

-  Build and maintain updated candidate and client databases for recruitment and business development purposes.

·        Candidate Engagement:

-  Reach out to potential candidates via cold calling, email, and other communication channels.

-  Screen and assess candidates based on client requirements.

-  Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and follow-ups.

·        Client Empanelment & Lead Generation:

-  Research and generate new client leads through online resources, networking, and referrals.

-  Initiate contact with prospective clients to introduce company services and explore business opportunities.

-  Assist in client empanelment and maintain strong professional relationships.

·        Recruitment & Position Closure:

-  Work closely with already empaneled clients to understand open positions.

-  Source and shortlist suitable candidates to close positions effectively and within timelines.

·        Team Collaboration & Growth:

-  Collaborate with team members to share ideas, strategies, and feedback.

-  Be receptive to suggestions and provide constructive input.

-  Demonstrate a growth mindset by being open to learning and taking ownership of tasks.

Requirements

·        Education: Graduate in any discipline.

·        Communication: Strong spoken English with clear articulation.

·        Mindset:

-  Open-minded, eager to learn, and ready to take responsibility.

-  Positive and collaborative attitude – able to give advice and accept suggestions.

-  Not a 'Yes Sir/No Sir' type but a team player who contributes ideas.

·        Personality:

-  Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated.

-  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
