Purchase Executive

• Conducting indent analysis
• Preparing purchase order assessment sheets
• Preparing and releasing purchase orders
• Negotiating with vendors for order processing
• Detailing GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes)
• Managing vendor invoices
• Coordinating and managing vendor payments
• Generating MIS reports
• Developing new vendors and maintaining the vendor database
