Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to parents/leads generated through campaigns and inquiries
• Handle inbound calls and respond to admission-related queries
• Explain school curriculum, facilities, admission process, and fee structure clearly
• Follow up with interested parents to convert leads into admissions
• Maintain accurate call records and lead status in CRM or admission system
• Coordinate with the admissions team for campus visits and counseling sessions
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
