Job Title: Team Lead Sales - Western Region

Job Type: Full Time

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead Sales for the Western Region. As the Team Lead Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in the western region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the western region
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the western region
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
