Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale and ensure timely and effective communication.
Manage and update client data on CRM platforms Salesforce etc.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Projects, Legal, Finance, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
Ensure customer onboarding and documentation processes are smooth and compliant.
Contribute to customer-centric process enhancements and experience initiatives.
Monitor, measure, and improve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores to meet organizational goals.
