What you will do
- Will be responsible for ensuring on time inspection of assembly activities.
- Coordination with production for process adherence.
- Calibration of equipment.
- ISO internal audit.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for Assembly Inspections.
- Assembly final inspection.
- Inspection of Machined components
- Documentation
- OEM Incoming inspection
- Preparation of Quality control charts / ITP
Eligibility Criteria
- BE Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering
- Knowledge of ISO 9001
- 3 to 5 years of experience in any equipment assembly unit involving bearings and machined components
- 2 years of experience in inspecting Machined components of large size such as gear boxes, valves etc.
- Good communication skills
- Should be able to prepare reports and ppt presentations
