Associate Product Manager

Collaborate with senior product managers and stakeholders to define bold product visions, strategies, and roadmaps that propel Kapture forward. Dive deep into market research and competitor analysis, uncovering trends, customer needs, and game-changing opportunities for enhancements. Gather and document razor-sharp product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and feedback, turning insights into actionable plans. Partner with UX/UI teams to craft intuitive designs that deliver exceptional user experiences, then coordinate with engineering for seamless, high-impact launches. Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to fuel data-driven decisions, while testing features and maintaining crystal-clear communication across teams. This is a Bengaluru-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

Hold a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in product management, SaaS, or related roles. Demonstrate strong analytical skills and familiarity with product metrics, market research tools, and customer feedback processes. Show proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams. Bring excellent communication skills to document requirements, updates, and launches effectively.
