Director - Talent Acquisition

Role Name: At Kapture CX, we are looking for a Director - Talent Acquisition in our Human Resources team. Who are we? As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will shape how Kapture attracts, evaluates, and hires talent at scale. You will lead the TA function to dramatically improve hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience, while personally driving senior and leadership hiring through proactive head-hunting and market mapping. Here's a more detailed description of what you will do in this role: You will lead a high-performing TA team, setting clear goals around hiring quality, time-to-fill, and candidate experience. You will help scale hiring processes, tools, and frameworks to improve speed, consistency, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. You will partner closely with senior business leaders to translate talent needs into hiring strategies. You will personally head-hunt and close senior and niche talent, building deep talent pipelines and relationships in the market. You will strengthen employer branding and sourcing strategies to ensure Kapture consistently attracts top-tier talent. This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility. What does success look like in this role? You have 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years leading TA teams in tech organizations. You have experience hiring for senior roles, particularly in tech and sales roles. You have built or scaled hiring processes in high-growth or tech-driven organizations. You are comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
