Management Trainee - AI Delivery

This is an entry-level role for fresh graduates who want to begin their careers in a client-facing and technology-driven environment. You will work closely with internal teams to understand customer needs and support the delivery of AI-enabled solutions on Kapture's platform. You will work with product, technology and support teams to understand client requirements and business objectivesYou will assist in preparing and maintaining documentation such as BRDs, PRDs and user storiesYou will support project execution activities under guidance, following Agile or Waterfall methodologiesYou will participate in client meetings, demos and training sessionsYou will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveryThis is a Bangalore-based role.We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

You have a graduate degree in Business, Technology or EngineeringYou have good communication and interpersonal skillsYou are comfortable working with multiple teams and prioritiesYou are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
