Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong experience in server troubleshooting, system debugging, cloud infrastructure management, and migration planning. The ideal candidate will work closely with development and security teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of production systems while driving automation and reliability across environments.Infrastructure & Server ManagementManage and maintain Linux-based servers (Ubuntu/CentOS) in production and staging environmentsDebug and resolve server-level issues including CPU/memory spikes, disk I/O bottlenecks, network latency, and service crashesPerform root cause analysis (RCA) for outages and recurring infrastructure issuesEnsure high availability, uptime, and performance of applications and servicesCloud & MigrationPlan and execute server and application migrations (On-prem → Cloud, Cloud → Cloud, VM → Containers)Create detailed migration strategies, rollback plans, and risk mitigation approachesHandle DNS, SSL, load balancer, and IP changes during migrations with minimal downtimeOptimize cloud costs and infrastructure performance post-migrationCI/CD & AutomationDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deploymentAutomate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Implement blue-green / rolling deployments for zero-downtime releasesContainers & OrchestrationBuild and manage Dockerized applicationsDeploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS or self-managed)Troubleshoot pod failures, scaling issues, and cluster-level problemsMonitoring, Logging & SecuritySet up and manage monitoring and alerting systems for servers and applicationsAnalyze logs and metrics to proactively identify issuesImplement security best practices: firewall rules, IAM policies, SSL/TLS, secrets managementEnsure compliance with basic security and audit requirements
