Description
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules as per order commitments.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, stores, and production teams to align plans and prevent delays.
- Track raw material and in-process inventory availability to ensure timely job execution.
- Maintain master production schedules, monitor load vs. capacity, and escalate bottlenecks.
- Update and maintain job-wise status and ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) tracking.
- Generate MIS reports on production performance, plan vs. actual, and pending jobs.
- Participate in daily production review meetings and implement schedule adjustments.
- Support in optimizing WIP, reducing idle time, and improving shopfloor coordination.
- Ensure real-time visibility of production status to cross-functional teams
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Should have an understanding of lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement culture
- Willing to work extended hours during peak load if required
