Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble components using welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC welding

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly of components

• Ensure the quality and precision of each weld and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards

• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner

• Collaborate with team members to identify and troubleshoot any issues in the production process

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

• Maintain proper documentation and reports of work completed

• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree or certification in welding is preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding and fabrication in a manufacturing environment

• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

• Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
