Field Sales Officer

Job Location : Pune (Regions to be covered Shirur / Narayangaon / Manchar)

Work Experience: Min 3 – 5 Years of Sales Experience in Agri Products (Experience in Organic Agri inputs will be given a preference.)

Education : B.Sc Agri/ BBA/ MBA Sales & Marketing or Agri Business Management

• Working on sales and collections in the assigned territory

• Generating sales orders from existing & new dealers

• Appointing new Dealers & Distributors

• Lead generation and prospect identification

• Marketing activities related to product branding

• Organizing Farmers & Dealers meet

• Address customer issues and Ensure customer satisfaction

• To assist and execute the sales and marketing strategies of the organization to achieve sales, goals and objectives.

• Develop and maintain a sustained log lasting relationship with existing customers and to build contacts with potential clients/ distributors to create new business opportunities in a given area.

• Developing accurate knowledge of company products in depth.

• Hold over regional language (Marathi) is a must and English is preferred

• Computer literacy is must
• Candidate should be open to extensive travel
