We're building the first global AI platform at the intersection of conversational AI, browser automation, and live video/voice calls. Our AI agents autonomously navigate and control live workflows, turning customer conversations into completed demos, onboarding, and checkout experiences. Founded by ex-FAANG & Naukri.com alumni with 25+ years of building enterprise-grade production systems.

Live with initial customers and growing fast, we've strong early traction within 45 days of launch.

The Role

As an AI Engineer, you'll work at the core of what makes Kickker AI work — the intelligence layer. You'll collaborate directly with the central product team and CTO to build and ship new AI capabilities that power our agents: from browser understanding and autonomous navigation to real-time conversational intelligence and quality evaluation. This is a hands-on, build-every-day role where your code goes to production and directly impacts live customer interactions.

What You'll Do

• Build and improve the core AI systems — LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, multi-agent coordination, and browser automation models
• Develop new features end-to-end — from prototyping to production deployment
• Work on multi-modal AI — integrate and optimize across text, voice, vision, and browser state understanding
• Improve agent quality — build evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and feedback loops that make agents smarter over time
• Optimize for real-time — reduce latency across the inference stack for live video + voice + browser automation interactions
• Experiment and iterate fast — evaluate new models, techniques, and architectures; ship what works, discard what doesn't
• Collaborate with the central team — product, FDEs, and founders — to prioritize what to build next based on real client needs

What We're Looking For

• 1-5 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML (junior and mid-level both welcome)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, or agent frameworks
• Strong Python skills — you write clean, production-grade code
• Familiarity with vector databases, embedding models, or fine-tuning workflows
• Exposure to any of: browser automation, computer vision, speech/voice AI, or multi-agent systems is a strong plus
• You read papers, try new tools, and stay close to the frontier — not because someone asks you to, but because you're curious
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup where priorities shift and you own your work
