We're building the first global AI platform at the intersection of conversational AI, browser automation, and live video/voice calls. Our AI agents autonomously navigate and control live workflows, turning customer conversations into completed demos, onboarding, and checkout experiences. Founded by ex-FAANG & Naukri.com alumni with 25+ years of building enterprise-grade production systems.

Live with initial customers and growing fast, we've strong early traction within 45 days of launch.

The Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you are the bridge between our platform and our customers' success. You'll embed with clients, understanding their product, workflows, and users, and then deploy, configure, and tailor Kickker AI agents that deliver real business outcomes. You'll carry a mix of engineering depth, client empathy, and business context that's rare to find in a single person.

You'll be one of the founding FDEs, defining how Kickker AI gets deployed across mid-market and enterprise customers.

What You'll Do

• Be the technical face of Kickker AI for clients. You own the relationship from scoping to go-live to ongoing optimization
• Deeply understand client products — their dashboards, workflows, user journeys — and translate that into AI agent configurations
• Deploy, customize, and fine-tune AI agents for each client's unique use case (product demos, onboarding, Q&A, lead qualification)
• Build custom integrations with client CRMs, websites, knowledge bases, and internal tools
• Identify patterns across deployments and feed insights back to the product and engineering team
• Debug live — troubleshoot real-time multi-modal interactions (voice + video + browser automation) in production
• Drive adoption — ensure agents deliver measurable value (more demos, higher conversions, better engagement)

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of software engineering experience
• Problem solver first, coder second — you figure things out end-to-end, not just write code
• Strong with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web technologies
• Comfortable working directly with clients, founders, and business teams — not just engineers
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, browser automation, or AI/LLM-based products is a strong plus
• Prior experience in client-facing engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting preferred but not mandatory
• Startup DNA — you thrive in ambiguity, context-switch fast, and take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
