Job Title: BMC BCM, Discovery, and TSA Location: Mumbai

Job Description: The BMC BCM, Discovery, and TSA Engineer will be responsible for managing endpoint patching, application deployment, and automation tasks using BMC Client Management (BCM), BMC Discovery, and TrueSight Automation (TSA). This role involves monitoring compliance, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with advanced support teams, and ensuring timely delivery of patch and automation activities while maintaining documentation and client communication.

Key Responsibilities: Execute endpoint patching activities using BMC Client Management, ensuring applications and endpoints are patched accurately and on schedule. Deploy and upgrade applications through BMC Client Management tools. Monitor patching progress, generate compliance reports to identify missing patches or errors, and escalate critical failures appropriately. Perform initial troubleshooting of patch failures; log incidents and escalate unresolved issues to L2 teams. Regularly review endpoint compliance against organizational patching policies and industry standards. Maintain accurate, detailed records of patching activities, encountered issues, resolutions, and submit daily reports to relevant authorities. Work closely with L2/L3 technical teams to understand complex issues and assist in implementing solutions. Address routine client queries related to endpoint patching processes and status. Deploy, analyze, and troubleshoot Static Content Deployment (SCD) across endpoints. Assist with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT) remediation activities. Be prepared to work on multiple technologies such as TrueSight Network Automation (TSNA) and other relevant tools.
