Job Title: Kubernetes Platform Services (KPS) Location: Mumbai

Job Description: The Kubernetes Administrator will be responsible for supporting and managing Kubernetes clusters, ensuring platform stability, and coordinating with internal teams for project delivery. The role involves monitoring cluster resources, troubleshooting container and service issues, maintaining documentation, and supporting backup and disaster recovery procedures. The candidate will also respond to incidents and alerts within agreed SLAs and escalate complex issues to higher-level teams. Occasional travel to customer on-site locations is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily operations and support of Kubernetes clusters. Perform resource monitoring across the cluster and manage alert workflows to ensure optimal performance. Conduct basic troubleshooting of pods, services, and container-level issues to maintain system health. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure platform stability and timely delivery of projects. Validate and support backup and disaster recovery procedures for containerized workloads. Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures for smoother operations. Respond to incidents and alerts promptly while maintaining SLA commitments; escalate to L2/L3 teams with detailed diagnostic reports when necessary. Travel to customer sites as required for project implementation and troubleshooting support.
