Hiring - Monitoring Tools Specialist (TSOM/BHOM) L3 Resource

We are looking for a Monitoring Tools Specialist with strong expertise in BMC TrueSight Operations Management (TSOM) and BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM). The candidate should have hands-on experience in monitoring solutions, integrations, troubleshooting, and event management, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Key Responsibilities include: Configure and manage TSOM/BHOM monitoring solutions; Install and configure Patrol Agents using pconfig utilities; Develop and maintain event management policies, thresholds, and authorization profiles; Troubleshoot monitoring issues and perform root cause analysis; Integrate monitoring tools with third-party monitoring and ticketing systems; Document processes and configurations in MS Word and Excel; Contribute to migration activities such as TSOM to BHOM.
