Provide Safety induction training to all the Contractor Employees
Check Fitness / Pre Medical certificate of all the Contractor Employees.
Ensure Reflective jacket / uniform for all Contractor employees
Daily Inspection and verification of Permit to Work to the contractors.
Daily maintaining the records of Permit to Work System.
Daily Safety Briefing with the contractor Supervisors.
Prepare Monthly report of Contractor Management Center.
Daily Doing the Cardinal Rule audit and maitaining the records for the same.
Day to day communication to the area owners regarding any incident.
Daily Inspection of Fire Pump House Area for there effective operation.
Daily Inspection of Interlocks of the machine.
