Area Sales Officer-Junior Officer/Junior Engineer\.MO6-I-Aftermarket Retail Department-Distribution and Aftermarket Business Unit-Yamunangar

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share. Appoint, develop, and manage dealers/distributors Build strong relationships with key customers and channel partners. Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities. Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory performance analysis. Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams for smooth business operations. Drive product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities. Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
