Engine Knowledge & Maintenance - Comprehensive understanding of engine cycles (2-stroke vs. 4-stroke), cooling systems, and fuel injection. - Proficiency in performing oil changes and replacing engine components such as injectors and filters. Tool & Instrumentation Proficiency - Experienced with hand tools, torque wrenches, and precision measuring instruments including micrometres and calipers. - Skilled in installing sensors to monitor temperature, pressure, and flow rates. Test Cell Operations - Installation of engines on dynamometers (dynos). - Conducting and monitoring certification and development tests on test beds. - Real-time data monitoring to ensure parameters remain within safe limits while maintaining high data quality. Workspace Standards - Committed to maintaining 5S standards and a safe working environment.
