Officer/Engineer (MG5) - Plant Maintenance Department - Nashik Manufacturing Business Unit - Nashik

In depth knowledge of Mechanical maintenance of CNC machines , Hydraulic , pneumatic Drawing reading and understanding and hands on experience in machine and Utility maintenance works. He should have a basic knowledge of all the Mechanical equipment's and the processes required to handle all the electrical instruments He should have a knowledge @ History card, Breakdown notes, Preventive maintenance and record maintenance He should lead a team of people and get the work done and also demonstrate the problem solving skills He should participate in ENCON, Watercon projects and motivate the teams for identification and completion of the projects in this area Monitoring the MTTR and MTBF Ensuring Safety during the work Experience in Maintenance of CNC HMC , VMC and conventional machines Hands on experience in Maintenance of Utilities like EOT cranes, DGs, Forklift, stacker, cooling tower, pumps, ETP. Geometry inspection of critical CNC machines, including necessary corrections Good Knowledge Excel, Micro soft office, Procurement and vendor development for maintenance works , machine and utility spares. Knowledge of systems ISO/ EHS / Kaizen/ 5S and lean manufacturing practices He should be a Diploma or Graduate Mechanical engineer with 7 or 3+ years of relevant experience. He should have a basic knowledge of all the mechanical equipment's and the processes required to handle all the manufacturing equipments. He should have a knowledge @ History card, Breakdown notes, Preventive maintenance and record maintenance He should lead a team of people and get the work done and also demonstrate the problem solving skills He should participate in ENCON, Watercon projects and motivate the teams for identification and completion of the projects in this area Monitoring the MTTR and MTBF Ensuring Safety during the work
