Role : Technical Pre-Sales Specialist

Job Description:

• Product presentations and demonstrations.
• Should able to technically qualify and perform fitment assessment of customer's requirement to the capability of the product.
• Provide answers to (technical) questions during customer calls
• Build technical relationship with prospects or existing customers.
• Ability to discuss and demonstrate business benefits and value to customers about technical solutions
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Strong analytical and logical skills
• Passion for both sales and technology is a must.
• Willing to work across shifts
