Foster and maintain strong communication channels with partners, demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Develop and execute strategic alliances and partnerships for Loan against securities with potential partner Identify partnership opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating the benefits of the association.Identify new sales leads, develop a partnership pipeline and convert those leads.Manage end-to-end partner relations including pitching, and negotiation. Post Graduate with 1 - 2 years' alliance and partnership work experience in FinTech/Lending institutions (especially Loan against securities is preferred)Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
